Define and drive the company's overall commercial strategy, including pricing models, go-to-market approach, and new revenue streams.
Oversee strategic partnerships, licensing deals, and major contract negotiations that extend beyond standard sales transactions.
Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer economics to guide commercial decision-making at the executive level.
Align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance around unified commercial objectives and profit and loss accountability.
Evaluate and pursue new business models, channel expansion, or market entry opportunities (e.g., international expansion, new verticals).
Set commercial policy (pricing frameworks, discount structures, deal approval thresholds) that Sales teams operate within.
