General Terms and Conditions of Manasat HR Platforms for the Provision of the Salary Analysis on the Website www.paylab.com/sa
1. General Provisions
Manasat HR Platforms, located in Al-Qiyada 2 Building, Takhassusi Road, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is the official distributor of Paylab Salary Analysis services in Saudi Arabia (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”).
These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") govern the relationship between the Provider and the client (“Orderer”) in connection with the use of Paylab’s online systems and services.
Confirmation of an order constitutes acceptance of these GTC, and both parties are bound by them.
2. Use and Restrictions
- Salary Analysis reports are provided for internal use by the Orderer only.
- Redistribution, publication, or use of the report for commercial, marketing, or external purposes is prohibited without prior written consent from the Provider.
- The Salary Analysis is statistical in nature and does not guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness.
3. Services for Individuals
- Individuals can order a Salary Analysis by completing the online form and providing a valid email address.
- Payment must be made in advance using one of the following methods: credit/debit card, SMS, PayPal, or bank transfer.
- Bank transfer details will be provided after order confirmation. The report will be delivered once payment is confirmed.
- Upon request, a VAT-compliant invoice will be issued in accordance with Saudi tax regulations.
4. Services for Companies
- Corporate clients must register an account when placing their first order.
- Orders must include the company name, registration information, billing address, tax ID numbers, and contact details.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Provider’s account (details will be provided on the invoice).
- In some cases, the Provider may require payment in advance before delivering the service.
- Invoices are due within 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in daily interest charges and temporary suspension of services.
5. Liability and Claims
- The Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Salary Analysis report.
- Due to the statistical nature of the report, content-related complaints are not accepted.
- Technical or processing errors may be reported in writing within 14 days of discovery to: info@manasat-hr.com.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
- The Salary Analysis and its content are protected by copyright.
- Any reproduction, sharing, or external use of the content requires prior written authorization from the Provider.
7. Marketing and Communication
- By placing an order, the Orderer agrees to receive marketing and service-related communications from the Provider and its business partners.
8. Final Provisions
- The Provider reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Any changes will be published on the Website and become effective upon publication.
- These GTC are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- In the event of a conflict, the specific terms agreed upon in the individual contract shall take precedence over these GTC.
